The laws affecting LGBTQ people and their families have changed considerably over the last several years. It is very important for people and their families to know their legal rights and to take steps to make sure that their rights are protected. This presentation will cover domestic partnerships, marriage, protecting parental rights, capital gains and property taxes, and estate planning.
